Arriving at the Airport
The Denver International Airport has two exists (to the East and to
the West). The Super Shuttle will stop and pick up passengers on the baggage
claim level. This is a service that goes to multiple hotels. You must tell
the driver that you are going to Hyatt to receive the negotiated fare discount.

Oral Presentations
Authors who will present their papers in oral presentation sessions
will have free access to the traditional overhead projector and to the
computer projector.
In order to use the computer projector they need to bring their own
laptop computer with standard VGA video output (15 pin socket, 3 rows by
3 pins each located in the back of the laptop)
Interactive Presentations
Authors who will present their papers in the interactive (poster) session
will have access to one board 5 feet wide by 4 feet tall (150x120cm)
Internet and Cell Phone Access
The hotel offers an Internet access in the guest rooms via a local
call model dial-in (data port). The charge is $1.00 per each connection
regardless of the duration.
The conference rooms are not cell phone shielded. However, because
of the presence of numerous and large metal objects the reliable cell phone
connection may not be available in every spot in the rooms. You may have
to move towards a window. Thus a continuous reliable Internet connection
via the cellular network may not be possible.
