The final paper submission is already closed. All papers are being forwarded to the publisher of the conference proceedings. This page is left at the conference Web site solely for the archival purposes. At this time you can still update your one page paper summary. DID YOU ADDRESS THE CONCENRS OF THE REVIEWERS?

• View the Feedback from the Reviewers
• All papers submitted to regular technical tracks were reviewed and result notification sent.
• Special session papers reviews were held outside of the on-line system.

Please contact your special session chair for details.

DID YOU FORMAT THE PAPER AS REQUESTED?

• Papers must be formatted according to the IEEE publication specification.
• You can download paper style description:  in MsWord .DOC,  in .PDF,  in .PS.
• Tex users can download a predefined style .CLS and a sample paper .TEX

 

 

DID YOU CONVERT YOUR PAPER TO PDF?

• VERY IMPORTNAT:

Please do embed all fonts, use Adobe Distiller and not Adobe PDF printer. Authors of papers with missing fonts will be contacted as soon as the probelm is detected. If you submit your paper late you will have less time to correct any potential problem and risk that your paper will not be in the usable condition for the publisher of the conference proceedings.

DID YOU SUBMIT YOUR PDF PAPER ONLINE?

Please make sure that you meet the deadline listed on your paper acceptance e-mail. Otherwise your paper may not be included in neither the printed nor CD-ROM version of the proceedings. Papers will be checked against missing fonts. If you submit your paper too late you will not have time to correct any possible problem and your paper will not be included in the conference proceedings. The submitted PDF file must be trurly portable.

DID YOU SUBMIT ONE PAGE SUMMARY?

At the conference all participants receive CD-ROM version of the proceedings while only some of them will purchase the printed version. In order to atract more people to your presentation you need to advertise it. We made it easy. Just prepare a one page summary of your paper and submit on-line in PDF. We will print your summary and distribute with other registration materials free of charge.

DID YOU OR YOUR CO-AUTHOR REGISTER?

• At least one author of the paper must register before September 15 or the paper will not be included in the conference proceedings. Also remeber to sign and send or fax the copyright form together with the conference registration.

• You will receive the paymanet receipt in the regular mail. Also after the final paper submission is closed the on-line system will confirm receivng of PDF files in good condition (after they are inspected by the conference personel) and completing the registration procedure.


DID YOU ARRANGED FOR THE PLACE TO STAY?

• Hotel Information and Reservation Procedure
• Advance Conference Program  - check when is your paper scheduled.
• Please note that at some point all rooms in the hotel will be reserved. To guarantee your room inthe conference hotel and the inexpensive rate please make the reservation as soon as possible. The rate of $89 per room (single or double occupancy) was negotiated only with this particular hotel. If you delay you may end up spending much more money on your accomodation that might not be located so cenveniently.


ANY QUESTIONS?

• Can you check if you received my papers correctly?

If you are not sure if your papers were received correctly please do check them on line using Verfy your final submission link. Otherwise all papers and one page summaries will be checked against erros and  missing fonts immediately after the final submission is closed. In case of any probelms you would have a few days to correct the problem before the files are forwarded to the publisher fo the proceedings.
• I am an author who registred for the conference. Can you confirm my registration by e-mail?

All emial will be sent to the address that you indicated during the online submission of your paper. You will receive the paymanet receipt in the regular mail. Also after the final paper submission is closed the on-line system will confirm receiving of PDF files in good condition and both copyright form and registration.
• I would like to change the title or the list of authors. Can I do that?

Yes, you can do it at any time before the deadline by resubmitting your paper and making changes in the on-line submission form. However, please make sure that the new information will match with the infomration on the copyright form that you send to the registration office.
• I would like to report the malfunctioning of the system.

Please send an email to the Information Technology Chair for IECON01 or simply reply to one of the email messages that you recived from the on-line submission system.
• I have a question about somethign else.
