All documents need to be submitted by 21 June, 2010, at latest, to be included in AdCom meeting in Bari (July 04, 2010).
Complete Agenda will be available to the AdCom members one month while the reports should be submitted at least two weeks before the meeting.

Naming convention for report submission is the following: XXLY_Title_FirstInitialLastName.pdf
Submitted reports should be submitted in pdf format
XXL - stands for agenda item (for example report under agenda item 6L would start with 06L)
Y- in case of multiple reports, this is the number in which reports will be posted (for example three reports for agenda item 6L would start with 06L1, 06L2, 06L3)
FirstInitialLastName - stands for the name of the AdCom member submitted the report (for example for Joe Doe it woudl be JDoe)
Please do not use special characters (non-English alphabet), as the system will rename those automatically which will result in broken links. Also, blank spaces must be avoided - please use underscore ("_"), instead.
Please note that only pdf files can be included in the agenda, as other files can disseminate viruses easily.
These guidelines are also advised in cases such are VP for conferences and others directly managed by the corresponding VP.
