Conference Closing

The following is items must be received at IEEE in order for conference financials to be declared "closed":

  1. all loans repaid
  2. surplus distributed
  3. final financial report
  4. proof that bank account(s) is closed
  5. audit (required for all conferences with the income larger than 100k)
